Join us for a day-long program of panels and workshops from CMC students, faculty, and staff as well as professional writers from around Los Angeles. Learn about why writing matters in politics; try your hand at poetry and book arts; find out what it's like to be a screenwriter; and hear from the 2024 Appel Fellows. Attend one event or stay for the whole day. 

Food truck and a boba trailer will be onsite, with lunch and drinks available to all registered participants
