Qualtrics is a web-based survey software that can be used to support data gathering initiatives (e.g., teaching, research, institutional feedback) at CMC.

Purpose
This workshop will be an introduction to Qualtrics at CMC. It is intended for beginning users with little to no experience. The workshop will also touch on intermediate topics such as survey logic and controlled distributions.

Prerequisite
Users should create a Qualtrics account on the CMC instance at https://claremontmckenna.co1.qualtrics.com/login/enrollment?path=%2FControlPanel%2F&product=ControlPanel using a CMC email address.

  • Privacy settings and collaboration
  • Embedding data
• Building and using contacts lists
• Survey distribution 
• Creating reports and managing data
